Etienne Winterbach or ‘ET’ as he is more commonly known.
ET will be MSAC’s new ‘Gym Coordinator’ and has twice won Employee of the year Awards with South Pacific Health Clubs.
Originally from South Africa before moving to the UK in 2003, ET then served in the British Army with the highly revered Parachute Regiment. After leaving the UK, ET moved to New Zealand for 2 years with his now wife, before moving to Australia permanently in 2010.
Starting his professional health and fitness career at Fitness First in 2011, ET has been a personal trainer, mentor and manager across multiple sites and companies.
ET enjoys helping members to implement effective nutrition strategies, providing education and information on specific obesity and injury related matters and running practical training sessions for members.
Part of Etienne’s role is to encourage our members to attend the gym and the available classes on offer, as well as reminding our members of the complimentary services available such as health assessments and program updates. ET is working closely with Cameron to ensure our Performance Room starts to develop, where we will be soon increasing our gym floor space significantly and improving our Group Fitness timetable for members.
ET looks forward to meeting each and every one of our MSAC members and making it an even better environment to train in than it already is.
