New Group Fitness Timetable
We are pleased to announce that our new timetable launches today, September 4th, with 17 more classes than previously offered, bringing us close to 150 classes available.
The new classes include more Reformer Pilates, a wide variety of yoga classes, new running groups and new small group training classes – 3T, Synergy, Primal, Core Fusion and Fortitude.
Along with these new classes, we have also introduced 10 fantastic new instructors.
Your feedback and comments via our member survey helped us plan and design the new timetable.
