Brett’s professional experience includes executive roles in customer management, strategy, human resources and industrial relations in the banking, horse racing and oil and gas industries. Currently General Manager Professional Services, Business and Private Banking at NAB, Brett also spent five years as Director of Athletics Victoria.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Australian Graduate School of Management. Brett was also a nationally ranked decathlete (4th Olympic Trials 2000) and Australian Bobsleigh Team member from 2000 to 2002, competing in both the World Cup and World Championships.
Danni Roche OAM
Danni is an Olympic Gold Medallist. She was a member of the Australian women’s hockey team that secured gold at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. In that same year Danni was also awarded an Order of Australia in recognition of her services to Sport.
Danni has over fifteen years of experience working in the financial sector, previous roles include finance and commercial positions with Telstra, Director at UBS Wealth Management, Partner at Evans and Partners and a Director of a privately owned fraud and risk management business. Danni was a Director of Hockey Australia for seven years and is currently a Director of the St. Kilda Football Club and Roche Holdings Pty Ltd. She holds a Master of Business Administration.
Jack is an Independent Director of Claims Funding Australia, a Board Member of Box Hill Institute and also the Managing Director of Integritas Group and Diamond Consulting. These companies provide strategic positioning and marketing services to offshore based fund managers.
Past Directorships have included: Super Member Home Loans (ME BANK); Emergency Service and State Superannuation Scheme; VIENTO Limited; Victorian Funds Management Corporation; Industry Funds Services Insurance Solutions (Chairman); V/LINE Corporation (Deputy Chairman); Monash University Alumni Taskforce.
Jack held senior management roles at Colonial First State, ANZ Asset Management, San Diego based Nicholas Applegate (Allianz AM); National Mutual Funds Management and National Australia Funds Management.
Patsy Toop OAM
Patsy is a principal partner at Slater and Gordon, with over 20 years’ experience as one of Australia’s leading personal injury, mental illness and domestic violence lawyers. In addition to being a lawyer, Patsy is also a country music singer / songwriter with “The Long and Short of it” , a duo with accolades including golden guitars.
Patsy is heavily involved in her community and serves on a number of boards for not-for-profit organisations. She was a founding member of WISE Employment in both Australia and the UK, which has provided opportunities to thousands of disabled and disadvantaged people.
In 2016, Patsy was recognised for her advocacy and community service as a recipient of the 2016 Victorian Honour Roll for Women.
Kimberly is a versatile professional with a wide range of experience across a number of industries. She is currently a Bass Coast Shire Councillor, a position she has held since 2012. Kimberley also served as Bass Coast Mayor in 2015.
Further, Kimberly is an ambassador for Bully Zero Australia and Girls Guides Victoria.
Kimberly studied Education at Melbourne University.
Chris Jackson is the founder of Accurate Financial Consultants Pty Ltd based in Port Melbourne and has worked in the financial services industry for over 37 years. Chris’ previous roles include Bond Trader at National Australia Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston, Trader and then Manager of Authorised Money Market Dealer at All States Discount Ltd and roles at Pioneer Concrete (Aust) Pty Ltd and Reserve Bank of Australia.
Further to this appointment, Chris also holds two other Directorships including Private Banking Services Pty Ltd where he is the current Chairman and has held this position for 13 years, and Ed Dixon Food Design Pty Ltd where he has been the Chairman for the last eight years.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and away from work he enjoys sport and working with various charities.
Tracey is a board member of Box Hill Institute, Chairman of the Mornington Peninsula Regional Tourism Board, an independent director of Rome to Rio and Arthurs Seat Eagle and a member of the Visitor Economy Ministerial Advisory Committee. Her professional experience includes executive roles in the Information Technology and Professional Services industries.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Research from Newcastle University. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
