Melbourne Sports Hub Flexi Membership Terms & Conditions as at 22 May 2012

APPLICABLE TO ALL FLEXI MEMBERSHIPS

1. The annual membership fee is payable up front, in full and is non refundable.

2. No suspensions are available on memberships.

3. Lost membership cards must be reported to Melbourne Sports Hub. Replacement membership cards are available for $15.00. Parking permits will not be replaced.

4. You may purchase monetary credit of any value to be added to your membership card.

5. Monetary Credit can be used at any point of sale desk within Melbourne Sports Hub for selected products, for more information please refer to our Membership Services Officers.

6. Monetary Credit is valid for the duration of your membership and any unused credit will be forfeited at the time of membership expiry.  If membership is renewed within one month of its expiry, any remaining monetary credit will be carried over to a new membership.

7. Multi-visit discount passes can be purchased for access to most areas. Passes are non refundable and visits will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Refer to casual access conditions for more specific area information.

8. You will at all times abide by the Conditions of Entry to the Melbourne Sports Hub facilities as listed at the main entry ways. Please specifically note the terms of use for the Rekortan track.

9. Car park access subject to availability.

10. I understand that the Melbourne Sports Hub will contact me on expiration of my membership to offer a renewal membership.

11. Melbourne Sports Hub reserves the right to change MSAC FlowRider Exclusive Times.

12. MSAC Entry is payable for use of the FlowRider.

13. As part of your membership the Melbourne Sports Hub may at times pass on promotional information from approved partners.

14. Permit holders are limited to 3 hours parking.  

15. MSAC reserves the right to change, modify or update rules and or terms and conditions relating to your membership or use of the MSAC facility. Any such changes will be made with reasonable notice and displayed prominently in and around MSAC facilities and on the MSAC website. Please refer to the Melbourne Sports Hub website for updates on terms and conditions.

Off-Peak hours: Monday-Friday 6am-5pm & 10-11pm & Public holidays

Peak hours: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm & Weekends

Membership & Product Expiry:

Multi-visit passes and Melbourne Sports Hub Memberships are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
