Melbourne Sports Hub Flexi Membership Terms & Conditions 

APPLICABLE TO ALL FLEXI MEMBERSHIPS

1.  The annual membership fee is payable up front, in full and is non refundable.

2.  No suspensions are available on memberships.

3.  Replacement membership cards are available for $15.00. Parking permits will not be replaced. Lost membership cards must be reported to MSAC.

4. You may purchase credit of any monetary value to be added to your membership.

5. Credit can be used at any point of sale desk within MSAC for selected products, for more information please refer to a customer service officer.

6.  Credit is valid for the duration of your membership and any unused credit will be forfeited at the time of membership expiry. If membership is renewed within one month of its expiry, any remaining credit will be carried over to a new membership.

7.  Multi-visit discount passes can be purchased for access to most areas.  Passes are non refundable and visits will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Refer to casual access conditions for more specific area information.

8. 15% flexi membership discount for court hire (squash, badminton, table-tennis & basketball) is only applicable during off-peak times.

9. You will at all times abide by the Conditions of Entry to the MSAC facility as listed at the main entry ways.

Peak & Off-Peak Times: 

Off-Peak hours: Monday-Friday 6am-5pm & 10-11pm & Public holidays

Peak hours: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm & Weekends

Membership & Product Expiry:

Multi-visit passes and Melbourne Sports Hub Memberships are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
